It feels a bit like a home-match for deltatre, as Day One of SVG’s SportTech summit this week (6-7 May) comprises of technical tours of leading MediaCityUK broadcast operations in Manchester, UK where we opened a new office to accommodate our growing staff and operations in 2013.
On Day Two, taking part in the panel ‘Integrated Virtualised Services: A Revolution in Digital Content Production’ will be Pete Burns, our Commercial Manager and Jason Cowan, Forscene’s Director of Business Development – May 7th, 4:30pm GMT.
The panel investigates some industry-leading integrated technologies which provide ground-breaking end-to-end virtualised solutions for digital rights’ content, marrying new trends with the power of cloud workflows for international sporting events.
deltatre and Forbidden Technologies have recently released a sports case study about their successful collaborations that started in 2010. In 2013 we became partners and integrated Forscene, Forbidden’s cloud post-production video editing tool, into a number of digital solutions for our global sports industry clients.
In cases where our clients have split out their broadcast and digital rights, Forscene means we can turn content around far more quickly. It integrates into a number of deltatre products including Forge, Diva and Magma and enables us to maximise the value of content broadcasters have access to.
