1. Exciting projects
“It takes a lot to impress FourFourTwo, but BT Sport have managed it with their shiny new mobile buddy for the 2015/16 campaign”. Besides FourFourTwo’s editorial staff, the BT Sport app has been appreciated by users on Twitter since its very debut.
2. Amazing events
From the coverage in the host country of a record-breaking FIFA Women’s World Cup™ on TSN and RDS, to our very own 2015 Charity Football Tournament in aid of the Weir Archer Academy, we loved every single sporting event we witnessed across the year.
3. Game-changing products
While the Next-Generation Services have been launched this year to offer broadcasters plenty of new opportunities for their UEFA Champions League coverage, our SportTeller solution for visual storytelling proved to engage European Tour’s fans recording fourfold increase in reach, doubling time on page.
4. World-renowned awards
Univision Deportes won two Emmy Awards for its coverage of the latest FIFA World Cup™, supported by our studio-based augmented reality graphics. And travelling across the Atlantic, this year we also made it into the Streaming Media Europe 100 list of most influential companies in online video.
5. Inspiring partners
We would like to thank all the valuable professionals we worked with throughout the year, starting stimulating and profitable partnerships. From EBU to Microsoft, from Netco Sports to EVS, from DataFactory to PFT.
6. Forward-looking content
Next-big-things and revolutions in sport consumption await us in the next years. We loved to analyse the potential of Virtual Reality, the disruption that OTT will cause in the sport media business, the productive use of Big Data and a lot of other topics on our blog.
7. Swiss branch
Starting this year deltatre has a new home in Geneva. We got closer to some of our clients, setting our new office in a most strategic position and we are looking forward to announcing new branches in the year to come.
