Ref. FeWebPl01 - Project Leader Web Application (front-end)

Project:Complex software development program (composed by multiple inter-dependent projects) in sport events.

Profile: We are looking for an experienced developer with strong leadership skills. Proven experience in leading a group of developers in challenging projects. He/she would be the ultimate responsible for the success of the project, his/her tasks will be to technically lead the group of developers, information architects and designer in order to deliver the project in time and on budget. He/she will also have responsibilities in choosing team composition and in tasks estimation. He/she will have to liaise with the client counterpart and with the Client Prodcut/Project Manager, as well as with internal stakeholders, such as Unit Manager and Technical Leader and other entities of the overall program.

Required Skills: Strong programming skills, both front end and back end. XHTML, CSS2, XSLT and Javascript programming skills. Usability and accessibility knowledge. Solid English skills, both written and spoken are mandatory. .NET Framework and SQL Server programming skills are also required. Experience in building and managing large websites is preferred, as well as Project Management and Information Architecture knowledge. Team management qualities (proven abilities in team building and motivation) will be considered.

Development Environment: Microsoft based, ASP.NET in VB.NET and C#, Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0, SQL Server 2005 and T-SQL, standard web technologies, XHTML (preferred 1.0 strict), CSS2 (used also for layout), Javascript (jquery in particular), XML and XSLT (Xpath). Knowledge of RIA aplications integration (Flash and Silverlight in particular) is preferrable.

Location: Turin HQ.

Contract Type: full-time, to be defined.
