Daughter of two professors of Maths, and proud mother of Giulia and Gabriele, I spent my childhood traveling the world. I moved countries as per my parents’ academic commitments, and received my education across several countries: Japan, India, Canada and the U.S.A.. A classic background provided me with invaluable critical thinking skills. I had a dream, to become a psychologist, yet I chose to read a degree in Economics, in order to keep as many doors open as I could. I spent my university years between Turin, my hometown, and Lyon (France), then I took my first steps in the corporate world.
People and human resources are my inner love and – certainly – the greatest passion that drives me. Deltatre became my new “home” in mid-2017. The company’s international ecosystem is the ideal landscape to experiment and work in an environment that is fluid, dynamic and agile at the same time.
Unlike my parents, I never really liked Maths. I do believe in numbers and metrics, however, as a powerful mean to support my business counterparts in acquiring, managing and developing talents.
