With a background in engineering and technology, I spent the first years of my career after University launching a start-up and working on a number of other projects as a consultant. I like to define myself a visionary person, yet pragmatic. My life at Deltatre began in 2005, and the years spent in the world of digital media marked a gradual shift from technology to business management.
As a Unit Manager I developed strong management skills that enabled me to manage a Business Unit comprising of around 120 people and lead the most challenging projects the Company has been involved with. I currently am President EMEA, with a focus on broadcasters, federations and multi-sport events.
In over a decade, I witnessed an impressive growth of our portfolio of clients, with a greater variety of stakeholders: from a world where editors were making the decisions, we entered times where technology, performance and architecture set the rules. Nowadays, marketing is at the core.
