Accounts Administrator

Deltatre London’s finance function services our UK hub and branches in India and Singapore, whilst also supporting group operations based in Turin.  The company operates across several geographies with a range of product offerings providing some complex analysis.

We have an excellent opportunity for a bright, driven Accounts Administrator to join our dynamic, committed and friendly team and assist in managing our day-to-day accounting and finance requirements.  

Confidentiality, excellent organisational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as good customer relations and the ability to communicate clearly.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Balance and maintain accurate ledgers
  • Sales invoicing – liaising with Project Managers
  • Purchase invoice processing
  • Expenses and credit card management including answering staff queries
  • Working with project managers to finalise, process and distribute sales invoices to clients including credit control 
  • Provide support to the department with migration to new ERP (Netsuite) 
  • Assistance with preparation for annual audit 
  • Other adhoc duties as specified.  

Qualifications and requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills  
  • Articulate and highly numerate 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills   
  • Good organisational skills and able to prioritise tasks 
  • Ability to work on your own initiative, under pressure and to tight deadlines 
  • A team player 
  • Good Excel skills 
  • Qualifications: Degree or equivalent in related field. 
  • Either studying towards a professional qualification e.g. CIMA/ACCA or desire to start  
  • Previous experience of using Netsuite and/or Sage 50 is desirable but not considered essential.
