The Deltatre graduate scheme supports the development of the very best aspiring graduates, and offers the opportunity to assist in innovative technologies that provide clients with a set of services to enrich the experience of every sporting fan in the world. This graduate scheme is a unique and exciting opportunity for any graduate who is looking to work with innovative technologies on high profile projects within the sports media industry.
The one-year scheme will give graduates a taste of our broadcast technologies and live graphics and video operations departments within Deltatre. From day one, you will be given real responsibilities on cutting edge projects including training on our bespoke systems.
A passion for technology and a keen interest in sport is critical so that you are able to hit the ground running. You will be mentored for the duration of the scheme by experienced members of the team and quickly develop insight into the exciting world of sports technology.
Our Onstage team provide results and graphics services across the UK, Europe and Asia. We create innovative and dynamic graphics incorporating comprehensive data to enhance the experience for the viewing audience.
There is plenty of opportunity to get involved depending on your skillset and interests. Our graduates typically support the team in setting up hardware and software and in playing out graphics for broadcast. Graduates also provide support to our project managers both within our office in SW London and on site depending on the event.
We have an experienced team, managing in house infrastructure for streaming, editing, encoding, live commentary and production. This includes producing the live mobile and web highlights for the UEFA's Champions League and Europa League competitions. Our graduates play a crucial role in operating live streams for events and editing event highlights, in particular for international golf and tennis.
Really importantly, we're looking for candidates with an enthusiasm for technology and a keen interest in sport. We are also looking for the following:
Degree (or equivalent): Minimum grade of 2:1 (or equivalent) in any subject area
We don't expect lots of experience but we do want you to have a genuine passion for technology. An interest in, or experience of the following would help:

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an assessment that will take place between March and April 2019 and successful candidates will be invited to 2nd stage face to face interviews throughout April and May 2019.
