At Deltatre, we’re acutely aware of the impact that COVID-19 is having on businesses and communities worldwide. This is a challenging time for our staff, clients and partners whose safety and well-being will always be our top priority. Like many companies around the world, we’re working hard to respond to COVID-19 proactively and wanted to provide an update.

One of the first actions we took was to implement a global ‘work from home’ policy for all staff across our 19 offices worldwide. We also placed strict restrictions around international travel early on. We’re pleased to say that our team has taken the disruption to their usual schedules in their stride and we have seen no impact on our output. We are incredibly grateful and proud of their dedication during this difficult time.

Further, due to the 24/7 nature of our business, we are well-versed in remote working practices using cloud-based tools to deliver on client projects reliably. This has been the case for many years.

Importantly, in the event of a crisis, our operations rooms – located in London, Munich, Turin, and Los Angeles – can share responsibilities. We often spread accountability between these locations across shifts when we work around-the-clock in a standard 24-hour period.

Because of all of this, and the dedication shown by our staff, we foresee no adverse impact on Deltatre's operations and the delivery of client and partner solutions. It is also great to see that we are showing the commitment, resilience and unfaltering team spirit that Deltatre is known for.

This is a rapidly evolving situation and it is impacting different parts of the world in different ways. Our leadership team is listening carefully to the most recent information provided by the WHO and local public health agencies to ensure we’re making the right decisions that protect our employees and our ability to deliver the quality of work our clients have come to know.

In challenging times such as this, it is easy to withdraw from the world and look out solely for oneself – especially in light of advice given by public officials to keep a distance from each other. But I have been struck and humbled by the community spirit I have witnessed in light of this crisis. Not only here in my home country of Italy, but across the entire globe. In a time when we are being asked to stay apart, I am heartened to see us all pull closer together in spirit and action.

Our thoughts are with everyone and their families affected by this unique global situation. If you have any questions or think we can be of assistance in any way, please do not hesitate to contact us at enquiries@deltatre.com.
