      James guides the far-reaching marketing activities required by a 1,000-strong company with many of the world's leading sport and entertainment clients on its roster.

      Alongside his global team, he is responsible for finding innovative approaches to functions including corporate communications, brand, advertising, social media and website, product communications, public relations, trade shows, and events.

      After beginning his career in advertising with Saatchi & Saatchi, his natural curiosity meant that he has always immersed himself across the many methods and disciplines of integrated marketing.

      Prior to joining Deltatre, he spent more than a decade working on direct-to-consumer campaigns for high-profile brands belonging to companies including LG, Red Bull, Volkswagen, The Coca-Cola Company, Adidas, Microsoft, Electrolux, Samsung, Unilever, Beiersdorf, Qantas, and Frucor.

      In 2017 and 2018, he was driven to undertake intensive postgraduate Masters studies with the University of Liverpool Management School while also working full-time.

      For James, the most important thing about leadership is the quality of the relationships built and nurtured. Fostering genuine connections is not just a 'nice to have', it is essential for success.

      In his spare time, he enjoys go-karting, F1, films, gym, yoga, and travel.
