As part of the transformation, TNA underwent a total refresh across their digital properties and sought a new partner to power their direct-to-consumer subscription streaming service.

Outcomes
The project involved developing a new and improved OTT streaming app and website. It also required creating updated packaging and pricing models, designing a marketing strategy to attract a new customer base, and managing logistical data configurations, including migrating a group of legacy customers from their previous streaming platform.
