WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO WITH THE APP

When carrying on its business, Deltatre S.p.A. (hereinafter “Deltatre” or the “Company”) pays particular attention to the security and confidentiality of personal data.
Deltatre utilizes the Facebook app "Product_oEmbed" (the “App”) with the purpose to enable Deltatre CMS called FORGE (https://www.deltatre.com/sport/forge) and a collateral product called LIVE BLOGGING to use the "oEmbed" functionality (https://oembed.com/) in backend and frontend web pages (FORGE) and widgets (LIVE BLOGGING).
This then allows Deltatre’s clients to embed Facebook and Instagram posts in their own web sites.
WHICH DATA MAY BE PROCESSED AND HOW
FORGE CMS and LIVE BLOGGING do not process nor store any Facebook or Instagram content social post neither personal data, as the oEmbed functionality only requires the absolute URL of Facebook or Instagram social post to render in web pages the content itself.
Therefore the only information processed by FORGE CMS and LIVE BLOGGING is the absolute URL of a social post, and not the content in it contained.
The absolute URL of a social post is stored in FORGE and LIVE BLOGGING, in specific "oEmbed" body part used in backend and frontend web pages.
Deltatre does not copy nor download any content of social posts.
PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
oEmbed" functionality allows Deltatre’s clients to embed Facebook and Instagram posts in their own web sites: you can find in their privacy policies on their own websites explanations on what data are processed (if any), how are processed, the purposes for which are processed it, and how users may access - in accordance with all applicable law and regulations.
YOUR PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS, INCLUDING HOW TO ASK FOR DELETION OF YOUR DATA
On certain conditions, you are entitled to request:
- access to your personal data,
- a copy of the personal data you have provided to us (‘portability’),
- the adjustment of data in our possession,
- the deletion of any data for which the legal precondition for processing no longer exists,
- to deny processing for direct marketing purposes,
- to revoke your consent, in cases where the processing is based on consent.
Right to object: You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning you performed by the controller where the processing is based on the legitimate interest. The objection to processing shall be sent to the following address: privacy@deltatre.com.
The exercising of the above rights is subject to certain exceptions that are intended to safeguard the public interest (e.g. the prevention or identification of crimes) and our interests (e.g. maintaining professional secrecy). Should you wish to exercise any of the above rights, we will check that you are entitled to do so and will usually respond within one month.

We endeavour to respond to any complaints or reports concerning the methods used to process your data.
