Deltatre is a UK-based entity that brings sports and entertainment to life via broadcasting and digital services that are offered around the globe. For more information about the services that we provide, please refer our website at https://www.deltatre.com/.

When carrying on its business, Deltatre pays particular attention to the security and confidentiality of its customers’ and contacts' personal data. Deltatre is the 'controller' of the personal data used for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice.

Identity and contact data – Name, email, phone number, country;
Professional data – Job title and department, company name, work history, education history, professional affiliations; and
Social media data – Links to social media of a professional nature.

3. How We Collect Your Personal Data

We collect your personal data from you directly as well as indirectly from our third-party provider ZoomInfo. ZoomInfo gathers personal data from publicly-available sources such as websites and government records, contributions from its customers and other individuals, third-party data providers, or through phone interviews, market research surveys, and other research conducted by its in-house research team.

4. For What Purposes We Use Your Personal Data

The processing of personal data must be justified by one of the legal bases established by existing data protection regulations, as described below. The table below sets out what lawful basis we rely on for each of the purposes for which we use your personal data, as well as the types of personal data we use for that purpose (by reference to the categories described under the heading "Which Personal Data We Collect".

5. How We Keep Your Personal Data Safe

The Company has established a wide range of security measures to improve protection and keep the security, integrity and accessibility of your personal data.

All your personal data are stored on our secure servers (or on secure paper copies) or on those of our suppliers or commercial partners, and may be accessed and used based on our standards and our security policies (or equivalent standards for our suppliers or commercial partners).

The security measures we have adopted include:

severe restrictions on access to your personal data, based on necessity and solely for the purposes communicated;
perimeter security systems to prevent unauthorised external access;

6. How Long Do We Store Your Information For?

We will keep your personal data only for the length of time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected or for any other related and lawful purpose. Therefore, if your personal data are processed for two different purposes, we will keep the data until the lengthier purpose is achieved. However, we will cease to process the personal data collected for the purpose whose retention period has expired.

We limit access to your personal data to only those individuals who need to use them for the appropriate purposes.

When your personal data are no longer required, or when there is no longer any legal precondition for keeping them, they will be irreversibly anonymized (and in such a way may be stored) or securely destroyed.

The retention periods relating to the different purposes described above are indicated to follow:

Marketing to meet your needs or to inform you of promotions concerning Deltatre or its group of companies’ products and/or services similar to the ones already required by you or to inform you of Deltatre and its group of companies updates (details of Deltatre group of companies are here): data processed for marketing purposes may be kept for 24 months from the date on which you provided such data (except where you decline to receive further communications); for profiled marketing purposes, data will be kept for 12 months.
In the event of disputes: should it be necessary for us to defend ourselves or take action or bring claims against you or third parties, we may keep the personal data we deem reasonably necessary for such purposes, for the length of time it takes to pursue the claim.

7. Who We Share Your Personal Data With

We share the personal data described above with the following categories of recipients:

our group companies, who process personal data for purposes described in this Privacy Notice;
ZoomInfo, our data broker provider, with whom we share information for the purposes of confirming that the details we hold about our existing customers are accurate. ZoomInfo, will use this data in a limited capacity to improve its product functionality and development;
any competent law enforcement body, regulatory, government agency, court or other third party (such as our professional advisers) where we believe disclosure is necessary (i) as a matter of applicable law or regulation, (ii) to exercise, establish or defend our legal rights or so a third party can defend theirs, or (iii) to protect your vital interests or those of any other person;
a buyer (and its agents and advisers) in connection with any actual or proposed purchase, merger or acquisition of any part of our business, provided that we inform the buyer it must use your personal data only for the purposes disclosed in this Privacy Notice; or
any other person with your consent to the disclosure (obtained separately from any contract between us).

8. International Data Transfers

As a globally active company, in order to carry out some processing activities, Deltatre may transfer your personal data to third parties located outside of the UK (“Third Countries”).

Any transfer of personal data to Third Countries will be carried out according to applicable law. Where personal data are not transferred to Third Countries on the basis of an adequacy regulation of the UK Secretary of State, standard contractual clauses approved by the Secretary of State will be adopted, possibly supplemented by additional measures, where necessary, to ensure that the level of protection is essentially equivalent to that guaranteed within the UK.

11. Your Personal Data Protection Rights and Your Right to File Complaints Before the Supervisory Authorities

On certain conditions, you are entitled to request:

access to your personal data,
a copy of the personal data you have provided to us (‘portability’),
the adjustment of data in our possession,
the deletion of any data for which the legal precondition for processing no longer exists,
to deny processing for direct marketing purposes,
to revoke your consent, in cases where the processing is based on consent. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of your personal data conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

Right to object: You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning you performed by the controller where the processing is based on the legitimate interest lawful basis.

We endeavour to respond to any complaints or reports concerning the methods used to process your data.
