We set up Deltatre Inclusion Network Groups (DINGs) to ensure every person within the company feels supported and connected to others, no matter where they are in the world.
DINGs are communities of employees connected in different ways, including by culture, race, gender, and sexual orientation. Each DING represents a space for people to celebrate their shared cultures and experiences, build networks, and participate in learning and volunteering opportunities.
