B2B Support Analyst

Position
We’re looking for a motivated and curious Support Analyst to join our Operations Support team. This is perfect role for someone freshly graduated starting their career in IT or with limited experience who is eager to learn and grow.
You’ll be part of the team that monitors applications and infrastructure to keep services running smoothly. With guidance and training, you’ll learn how to handle support requests, investigate issues, and help restore normal service as quickly as possible when incidents occur.
This is a full-time position.
For this role you must be able to work on a hybrid basis with at least 1 day/week working in our office based in Skopje.
Responsibilities
- Monitor systems and applications to ensure everything is up and running.
- Assist with investigating and resolving incidents under supervision.
- Manage incoming support requests via email and ticketing systems.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide updates.
- Follow runbooks and checklists to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Escalate issues to senior team members when needed.
- Learn to use monitoring and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems.
- Keep documentation up to date (procedures, common fixes, knowledge base).
- Participate in shift-based cover (including out-of-hours on rotation, once trained).
Requirements
A B2B Support Analyst with a love for technology, and:
- Basic knowledge of web applications
- Familiarity with Windows, Mac or Linux operating systems
- Interest in cloud computing and/or databases
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Eagerness to build a career in IT support
Nice to have:
- Understanding of basic networking and communication protocols
- Familiarity with monitoring tools or IT ticketing systems
