This role is focused on nurturing a world class employee experience. For the right person this role has huge scope to make a difference, from leading our holistic employee communication strategy, through to bringing your creativity and ideas to how we deepen and evolve our inclusive, global community of Deltatre people when we are distributed around the world.   • Lead on the building of holistic internal communications that are compelling and support our wider people culture vision
  • Owning the full range of internal communications tools (SharePoint intranet, Teams channels etc) with a continuous improvement lens
  • Utilise a data informed approach to contribute ideas and improvements to our employee experience strategy with People Team Leadership.
  • Lead on delegated employee experience initiatives. Facilitating or co-facilitating events and activities that support our strategy
  • Manage survey and data gathering activities and analysis that support our employee experience strategy
  • Liaise and support co-ordination of employee experience activities across People team and beyond, acting as a connector

Requirements

  • Demonstrable track record in crafting people centric, story telling led, internal communications campaigns
  • Experienced in producing communications content and campaigns that are joined up and sync across all internal tools (SharePoint Intranet, Teams channels, email etc)
  • Confidence in using survey and analytical tools to gather, evaluate and report out key findings to audiences ranging from Executive to colleagues
  • Experience in facilitating and co-facilitating live and virtual events across areas of expertise
