Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our Digital Streaming Business Unit. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in financial planning and analysis, business partnering, reporting, cost management, project support, risk management, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets for the Digital Streaming Business Unit.
- Provide variance analysis by projects and identify key drivers of financial performance.
Business Partnering:
- Work closely with the Governance of the Business Unit to understand their financial needs.
- Provide strategic advice and update the forecast model.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management.
Reporting:
- Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly management accounts, KPIs, and ad-hoc analysis.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Cost Management:
- Monitor and control costs.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost management strategies.
Project Support:
- Provide financial support for projects, including cost-benefit analysis, budgeting, and financial tracking.
Risk Management:
- Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Continuous Improvement:
- Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function and across the business unit.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, business partnering, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools.
