We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our Digital Streaming Business Unit. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in financial planning and analysis, business partnering, reporting, cost management, project support, risk management, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets for the Digital Streaming Business Unit.
• Provide variance analysis by projects and identify key drivers of financial performance.

Business Partnering:

• Work closely with the Governance of the Business Unit to understand their financial needs.
• Provide strategic advice and update the forecast model.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management.

Reporting:

• Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly management accounts, KPIs, and ad-hoc analysis.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Cost Management:

• Monitor and control costs.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost management strategies.

Project Support:

• Provide financial support for projects, including cost-benefit analysis, budgeting, and financial tracking.

Risk Management:

• Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Continuous Improvement:

• Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function and across the business unit.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, business partnering, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools.
