Senior PMO Specialist (Maternity Cover - 12 months)

Position
As a Senior PMO Specialist, you will work across Deltatre's Digital Streaming Unit acting as a key coordination point for our OTT team covering demand, profitability and adherance to governance. You will need a minimum of 3 years experience of working in a PMO leading and coordinating teams to drive results in alignment with the Unit's goals. Working in a dynamic, agile environment you will need to bring teams together to drive results using strong management and excellent communication skills.
This role is for an immediate start and is a duration to cover Maternity leave.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and drive the OTT demand lifecycle, ensuring all vacancies are raised in a timely manner adhering to globally defined processes, and tracked and managed through to completion
- Lead on your own area in PMO without regular guidance, demonstrating independence with the ability to keep the PMO Manager regularly informed and consult in a timely manner when challenges or priorities are required
- Be able to confidently engage with Senior Management presenting clear concise messaging, with the right attitude to be challenged and prepared with the data to answer questions
- Drive teams to ensure our systems (Netsuite/Jira) are kept up-to-date, with accurate planned allocations and actual utilisation. This will involve working with multiple stakeholders across different levels
- Produce weekly and monthly status reporting both on Demand and Capacity
- Manage and drive standardisation and Global governance use of Jira as a Project Tool with the aim to pioneer what we do and how we do it
- Chair and co-ordinate large meetings and conference calls, keeping detailed minutes for all meetings and distributing to stakeholders
- Understand, track and drive improvements on Project Profitability
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years PMO experience demonstrating leadership capabilities
- Clear and demonstrable experience of driving for results, exceptional communication skills and evidence of managing multiple stakeholders including leadership
- First class understanding and proven experience of budget and capacity management
- Excellent understanding of Excel to produce results, analyse and then summarise in a report
- Experience and/or solid understanding or agile practices
- An understanding of digital media, including web technologies, online streaming and apps
- Experience of Jira is required
- Experience of Netsuite is desirable
