As Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering world-class digital experiences used by millions of fans across the globe.

Responsibilities

DELIVER – Driving integrated teams to deliver solid technology solutions in support of key client initiatives

• Lead cross-functional teams to execute complex digital product builds across web, mobile, and emerging platforms
• Ensure alignment between client objectives, delivery execution, and user experience excellence

OUTCOMES – Work closely with multi-disciplined teams of product owners, architects, engineers and quality assurance to drive estimates, delivery plans and retrospectives

• Facilitate sprint planning, estimations, retrospectives, and ongoing delivery optimizations
• Champion continuous improvement across all phases of delivery

TRACK – Manage and track team velocity, financials (Project P&L) and KPIs in relation to the project plan and expected deliverables

• Create and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and reporting documentation
• Oversee project performance metrics across delivery speed, scope, quality, and cost
• Manage project financials, including forecasting and monitoring against actuals

COMMUNICATE – Continuously evaluate, communicate, and escalate project status, risks and issues to upper management and external partners

• Serve as the central communication hub across internal stakeholders, engineering teams, and clients
• Provide clear, timely updates through regular reporting, standups, and client-facing reviews
• Maintain dependency plans between sprints, infrastructure, and third-party integrations

LEAD – Ensure deliverables are high quality and clearly documented; conduct daily stand-ups and retrospectives at the end of each sprint and ensure the team is continuously learning from the past

• Promote agile best practices and foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture
• Ensure all project artefacts (RACI Matrix, RAID Log, Change Requests, Comms Plans) are kept current and accessible

RELATIONSHIPS – Manage high-level client relationships, looking for opportunities to up/cross-sell Deltatre’s products and services through effective account and relationship management

• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Identify opportunities to deepen client engagement and introduce relevant Deltatre services

PROCESS – Assisting with effort and cost estimates for professional services engagements, RFIs and the generation of Statements of Work (SOW)

• Contribute to pre-sales and scoping efforts, including resource planning and contract development
• Support legal and contractual reviews related to project delivery

Requirements

• Proven Project Leadership – Minimum of 3 years' experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects lasting up to 12 months and managing budgets exceeding $500,000
• Agile Delivery Expertise – Hands-on experience applying Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage development teams and deliver high-quality technology solutions on time and within scope—ideally in a digital agency or fast-paced delivery environment
• Technical & Business Acumen – Strong understanding of technical concepts with the ability to bridge business goals and engineering realities to drive product success
• Toolset Proficiency – Comfortable using the Atlassian suite, especially JIRA and Confluence, to manage workflows, documentation, and sprint tracking (experience preferred)
• Exceptional Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written English, with the ability to communicate clearly across diverse audiences, from engineering teams to senior stakeholders
• Global Perspective – Prior experience working in an international or distributed organization and collaborating across time zones and cultures
• Team-Oriented Mindset – Motivated, collaborative, and passionate about delivering great work as part of a high-performing team
• Adaptability & Drive – Solutions-focused attitude with a track record of navigating ambiguity, initiating process improvements, and delivering results—regardless of formal authority
