We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior System Engineer ready to make an impact in a dynamic and international environment. Responsibilities

  • Manage, configure, and monitor Entra ID, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, SSO, Enterprise Applications, VMware, Proxmox.
  • Administer Microsoft Defender for Endpoint for endpoint protection.
  • Manage company devices and oversee change management processes.
  • Handle application deployment and management via Intune MDM and SCCM (including compliance and Conditional Access).
  • Management of patching on Windows, Linux, and MacOS systems.
  • Support and configure Windows Autopilot, Exchange, and devices running Windows, Android, macOS.
  • Manage high availability clustered infrastructures with failover and load balancing.
  • Administer Microsoft Teams Phone, Teams Meeting Rooms (MTR), and SharePoint Online collaboration platforms.
  • Manage Microsoft VDI environments (Remote Desktop Services, Windows Virtual Desktop/Azure Virtual Desktop).
  • Knowledge and support of Azure and AWS cloud environments.
  • Experience in migration and management of hybrid to full cloud environments.
  • Automate and integrate workflows using PowerShell and REST APIs.
  • Oversee backup and disaster recovery with Veeam and Azure ASR.
  • Handling and resolution of user support tickets through Jira Service Desk, ensuring response times aligned with SLAs.
  • Implement and optimize IAM workflows aligned with ISO standards.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure quality and consistency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in multi-site international enterprise environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and endpoint security.
  • Device lifecycle and infrastructure change management expertise.
  • Advanced skills in PowerShell, REST APIs, Entra ID, Intune, SCCM, Conditional Access, Autopilot.
  • Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft VDI environments.
  • Proven experience in migration and management of hybrid to full cloud environments.
  • Patch management experience for Windows, Linux, and MacOS.
  • Experience with clustered high-availability systems, failover, and load balancing.
  • Support experience for Microsoft Teams Phone and Teams Meeting Rooms.
  • Hands-on experience with DELL, Cisco, and Fortinet devices.
  • Familiarity with ManageEngine, Jira, Confluence, ITIL, and ISO standards.
  • Fluent English is mandatory for global communication.


Nice to Have

  • Support Papercut print management and tools like ManageEngine.
  • Maintain documentation in Confluence.
  • Knowledge and experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and advanced automation.
  • Experience with AWS/ Google.
  • Experience with Netapp Storage.
  • Configure and troubleshoot network hardware: DELL, Cisco, Fortinet.
