Deltatre is constantly growing his presence globally and the Talent Acquisition Team requires a boost while one of our Senior Recruiter welcomes her baby.
You will be a key pillar of our global Talent Acquisition team of four, reporting directly to the Group Head of Talent Acquisition based in Italy.
You’ll be joining a tight-knit global TA team of four. This role is specifically designed to manage our talent operations within the Italian hub, providing a bridge between local expertise and global strategy.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the Hub: Drive the full recruitment lifecycle for Italy, ensuring a high-quality pipeline in a competitive IT market.
- Global Collaboration: Work daily with the Group Head and two fellow recruiters to align on global sourcing standards and branding.
- Smart Sourcing: Don’t just post and pray. Evaluate, experiment, and improve recruitment techniques to find the "hidden gems." Build a high-quality pipeline of tech profiles, identifying the perfect match for our unique job specifications.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate feels the "Deltatre difference" through a friendly, professional, and unique journey.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in tech recruitment with a "can-do" attitude. Open to work on corporate roles as well.
- Fluency in English is non-negotiable for your daily collaboration with a global organization.
- A Networker: You love the hunt and stay ahead of tech trends with a finger on the pulse of market shifts.
- Hybrid Ready, full-remote is an option. Availability to travel to Turin time-to-time is a nice to have.
