Position

As a Cloud Security Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in securing our infrastructure and cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). You will work closely with Infrastructure Operations to define and enforce security best practices, drive automation, and support incident response efforts.

You will be part of an international team, contributing to the success of our products.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Cloud Security: Define and enforce security best practices, including IAM governance, secure configurations, and logging standards.
  • Kubernetes Security: Implement and manage security measures within Kubernetes environments, ensuring secure configurations, access controls, and compliance with best practices.
  • Automation & Compliance: Drive automation of compliance and guardrails, and manage our Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP).
  • Incident Response: Support incident response, forensic investigations, threat intelligence analysis, and penetration test follow-ups, with a focus on operational cloud security.
  • CDN Protection: Maintainexpertise on CDN protection and defense against cloud-native threats such as DDoS or unauthorized access.
  • Vendor Evaluation: Evaluate third-party cloud vendors and ensure alignment with internal security and compliance standards.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in cloud security and infrastructure protection.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation of security tasks.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes security best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM governance, secure configurations, and logging standards.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools and CNAPP management.
  • Expertise in incident response, forensic investigations, and threat intelligence analysis.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Certifications (Preferred):

  • Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS)
  • Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
  • AWS Certified Security – Specialty
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate
  • Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer
  • Kubernetes and Cloud Native Security Associate (KCSA)

Preferred Skills:

  • Participation in Capture The Flag (CTF) competitions, demonstrating practical problem-solving skills in cybersecurity scenarios.
  • Experience as a speaker at cybersecurity conferences, showcasingexpertise and contributing to the security community.
