This role is part of the Vesper team at Deltatre, building world-class streaming experiences for some of the most recognised media brands on the planet.

We are looking for front-end developers to join our client-side development teams, workingacross web, native mobile, and 10ft (TV) apps. You will be a core contributor to the Vesperplatform - helping shape the component systems, performance standards, and deliverypipelines that power live and on-demand streaming applications for major strategic clientsglobally.

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who cares deeply about quality, takes ownership of their work end-to-end, and thrives in a fast-moving, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain high-quality front-end experiences across web, React Native mobile, and connected TV platforms (tvOS, Android TV / Fire TV, Samsung Tizen, LG webOS)
• Contribute to and evolve our shared component library and design system, ensuring consistency, accessibility and reusability across platforms
• Champion front-end performance - profiling, measuring and improving rendering, load times and analytics instrumentation
• Participate in technical design, bringing your own ideas to the table and contributing to end-to-end solution thinking
• Collaborate closely with back-end engineers, QA and product teams to define robust, scalable solutions
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and front-end tooling, helping raise the bar on build reliability and developer experience
• Stay current with the front-end ecosystem and bring emerging patterns and best practices into the team
  

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Production experience with React and React Native, including cross-platform delivery
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS/SCSS including responsive and adaptive layouts (flexbox,grid)
• Experience building and shipping apps across multiple targets: web, mobile (iOS/Android)and/or connected TV (tvOS, Android TV, Tizen, webOS, Vizio etc…)
• Experience building and maintaining component libraries or design systems
• Strong grasp of front-end performance, including measurement, optimisation and analytics integration
• Experience with RESTful APIs or GraphQL
• Comfortable working within CI/CD pipelines and modern front-end tooling
• Experience with modern front-end testing frameworks and a strong test-first mindset
• Good communication skills and comfort working in an agile, cross-functional team

Valued / Optional Skills

• Experience in the streaming or media industry - familiarity with VOD, live events, player integrations or DRM is a strong plus
• Experience with 10ft development patterns across Samsung Tizen, LG webOS, Apple TV or Android TV / Fire TV
• Familiarity with client-side data event instrumentation
• Knowledge of Node.js, AWS (Lambda, S3, CloudFront) or back-end concepts
• Knowledge of the full stack or an interest in understanding the full stack
