Today, we’re announcing a series of senior leadership appointments and expanded roles across Deltatre as we continue to strengthen our business and deepen our presence in the Americas.

These changes follow the recent appointment of Marc Watson as CEO, the successful acquisition and integration of Endeavor Streaming last year, and the launch of Deltatre NEXUS in June 2026.

Marc Watson, CEO of Deltatre: “Since joining Deltatre, I have seen firsthand that the talent and technology here represent the very best in the industry. It is something that I knew even before joining, based on my experience as a client. Now, as we grow, we are sharpening our focus on client service, expanding our presence in the US, and broadening our unique product and service offerings to meet the needs of clients of every size.” Strengthening our Executive Committee

Several members of our Executive Committee are taking on new or expanded responsibilities:

  • Gonçalo Luiz becomes Chief Technology Officer and now leads Deltatre’s product engineering, including roadmap delivery across all products.

Gilles Mas becomes Chief Operating Officer, taking company-wide responsibility for delivery, support, operations, and project engineering.

Alex Gruber’s role as Chief Product Officer expands. In addition to Product, Gruber will take on responsibility for the Design organization within Deltatre, covering all product and project design teams.

Neda Scrini becomes Chief People and Transformation Officer, expanding her existing People remit to include responsibility for driving large-scale business change programmes across Deltatre.

James Van Kralingen is promoted to SVP Group Strategy and joins the Executive Committee, leading global strategy, corporate development, and M&A.

Expanding our leadership in the Americas

We’re also strengthening our Revenue organisation as we continue to grow our presence across the Americas and support an expanding portfolio of clients in sport, media and entertainment.

Peter Bellamy, Chief Revenue Officer at Deltatre: “Deltatre is already a major player in the Americas, and we’re fortunate to have NFL, MLB, NHL, UFC, MLS, NWSL, CONCACAF, Rogers, Bell Media, BritBox and many more in our client portfolio. As we grow, we're adding two strategic roles that will ensure our existing and incoming partners all benefit from the attention, focus, and quality of collaborative relationships we are known for.”

New and expanded Revenue leadership roles are:

  • Chris Drake joins as SVP, Media & Entertainment, Americas, within the Revenue organization, bringing extensive senior commercial leadership experience with clients and partners across media, entertainment, and streaming technology. He will work alongside Alex Drosin, an OTT industry veteran with a proven track record of establishing and growing long-standing client partnerships with some of Deltatre’s highest-profile M&E clients. Together, they will deepen Deltatre’s engagement with broadcasters, telcos, and media companies across the region.

Beau Decker becomes VP, Account Management, Americas, further strengthening in-market relationships and ensuring strong outcomes for Deltatre’s clients.

Our wider Executive Committee

The wider Executive Committee remains in place, with the following leaders continuing in their roles:

Peter Bellamy, Chief Revenue Officer; Elena Cantello, General Counsel; Matteo Blesio, Interim Chief Financial Officer; and Christian Holzer, Chief Executive Officer of Sportec Solutions AG, the joint venture between Deltatre and the Bundesliga.

Together, these appointments strengthen our leadership team as we enter the next phase of Deltatre’s growth – with an increased focus on our clients, our products and technology, and the opportunities ahead across markets worldwide.
