Deltatre S.p.A. (hereinafter “Deltatre”), based in Turin, via Francesco Millio, 41, acts as Data Controller.
1. WHICH PERSONAL DATA MAY BE COLLECTED
The following Personal Data relating to you will be collected (the term "Personal Data" shall mean all the information listed below, considered as a whole): full name as it appears on your identity document; date and place of birth; municipality of residence.
2. HOW AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Deltatre will collect the Personal Data directly from you with the purpose of providing the personal ticket to attend the event. Specifically, the collected Personal Data will be transferred to VIVATICKET S.p.A., the ticketing platform that will issue the ticket for you and to Lega Società di Pallacanestro Serie A.
Legal basis for the processing: legitimate interest. We need the Personal Data to ensure the proper organization and allow you to get your personal ticket to access the event.
Deltatre will also collect and process your Personal Data to comply with our tax and financial obligations and/or with legally binding requests by the legal authorities to fulfil obligations set forth in laws, regulations or provisions also to possibly exercise or defend a legal claim.
Legal basis for the processing: legal obligations to which the Company is subject.
3. HOW WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA SAFE
Deltatre has implemented appropriate security measures to protect and maintain the security, integrity and accessibility of your Personal Data.
All your Personal Data are stored on our secure servers (or on secure paper copies) or on those of our suppliers or commercial partners and may be accessed and used, accordingly, to predetermined standards and security policies (or equivalent standards for our suppliers).
4. HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION
We will only retain your Personal Data as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, tax or financial obligations.
5. WHO WE CAN SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH
Your Personal Data may be accessed only by duly authorized employees and by third-party service providers (including cloud service providers) appointed as Data Processors solely for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice.
The collected Personal Data will be transferred to VIVATICKET S.p.A, Via Antonio Canova 16/20 40138 Bologna (VIVATICKET), the ticketing platform that will issue the ticket for you and to Lega Società di Pallacanestro Serie A, Bologna, Viale Aldo Moro 64, CAP 40127 (LBA). VIVATICKET and LBA will process your personal data as Independent Data Controllers in accordance with their privacy notices.
6. YOUR PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS AND YOUR RIGHT TO FILE COMPLAINTS BEFORE THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITIES
Where the legal preconditions are met, you are entitled to ask Deltatre:
