I chose this career path because...

I am very excited about new technologies and the world of IT. I like a challenge, so building the kind of products and applications that we do is something I personally find rewarding.

I would describe my job as…

Really dynamic! As a lead software engineer directly involved in the testing phase, I follow the entire life cycle of the application. The final goal is to provide the best version, from a performance perspective, to the users and the developer team, in order to have a well-tested and maintainable code base.

I start the day by...

I like to start my day with some jogging in the park, then – before sitting in front of my laptop – I need a super-strong cup of espresso coffee.

An ordinary day at work goes like this...

A morning meeting with the team to get us all energized, compiling my to-do list for the day, reading QA reports, and finally...coding!

I know it’s been a good day when...

Our next new idea to develop and innovate our QA processes and frameworks emerges and we are all excited about.

I’m excited about the future of eco-sustainable software engineering. If the Web were a nation, it would be the fourth country in the world for CO2 emissions.

If I could describe my team in three words, I would say…

Accurate, proactive, enjoyable.

My favourite thing about being part of the Turin hub is…

Being part of an amazing community.

Outside of work, I like to…

Hike, cycle, swim... In one word: “Sport”.

A song that tends to get me in the zone is…

“Ilario Alicante - Vacaciones en Chile” - a very popular tech-house track.

I am passionate about…

Technology, sure! I also really like the automotive field, and following the innovations that are being adopted by that field to be more sustainable and eco-friendly. However, fun fact – I don’t have a car!

To me, the definition of success is…

Finding the right balance between your personal and professional life.
If, when asked the question, “Are you happy?” you can reply with a big “Yes”, you’re a winner.

I’m excited about the future of...

Eco-sustainable software engineering. If the Web were a nation, it would be the fourth country in the world for CO2 emissions.
