Deltatre announced the appointment of Katie De Paoli as Head of Inclusion and Diversity this month, another key moment in the company’s global strategy in 2019

As Head of Inclusion & Diversity, Katie will supervise and execute Deltatre’s strategy to further enhance the company culture across its 19 global offices. In the short-term, she will lead a number of initiatives to promote and nurture an inclusive working environment, one in which everyone feels valued and able to perform to their full potential.

Commenting on the appointment, Chiara Greco, CHRO, said:

“An inclusive workplace enables a diverse range of people to work together effectively and, as a leading global technology company, we need to keep this in mind on a daily basis. Deltatre is focusing on inclusion and diversity and investing in the development of long-term programmes that can help to strengthen our global strategy. We strive to enable collaboration and to put these important values at the core of our business. We’re excited to appoint Katie to this new role and support her efforts to create meaningful change not only at Deltatre but across the industry.”

Katie De Paoli also stated:

“Our community has grown so much over the last twelve months since the acquisition of Massive, and now, more than ever, we acknowledge the importance of continuing our push to put diversity and inclusion into focus. I'm very proud to work for a company that believes in fostering an environment where you can truly bring your whole self to work, knowing that this will drive better individual, business, and organisational outcomes.”

Katie previously served as Head of Brand and Communications and has worked at Deltatre since 2005.
