Deltatre saw its work recognized as industry-leading three times and was named ‘Best Tech Company’ by SportsPro during the media organization’s global OTT Awards held in Madrid last night

The ‘Best Tech Company’ award recognizes the company that is driving the growth and disruption of the sports OTT industry via the use of technological innovation.

“We are extremely honored to receive this prestigious recognition from SportsPro,” said Giampiero Rinaudo, CEO, Deltatre. “It is testament to the hard work that our staff put in around the world and we’re delighted that has been reflected with this award. We’re looking forward to next year, which promises to be another full of pushing the boundaries of fan engagement across digital platforms. We are also thrilled for our partners and clients who were recognized for their great work and are proud to walk tall alongside them.”

SportPro also honored the ATP’s streaming service ‘Tennis TV’ - which utilises Deltatre’s DIVA platform – as it claimed the award for 'Platform of the Year’ and ‘Best in Fan Engagement'. Deltatre is the long-standing global streaming platform provider for Tennis TV, the federation’s premium subscription OTT service.

Meanwhile, Best Marketing Campaign went to Two Circles for its work on NFL Game Pass Europe, of which Deltatre provides the streaming platform technology. NFL Game Pass is operated by Bruin Sports Capital’s OverTier in 181 countries and territories worldwide. The venture began in 2017 exclusively in Europe before expanding worldwide this year, after turning in record subscriptions and engagement.
