Massive and Deltatre - a combined culture

We recently announced that we have officially joined the Deltatre family and I wanted to write a short post detailing some of the thinking behind the acquisition and how it’s made both companies stronger, more agile and better equipped to serve the needs of our customers worldwide.

Typically, when reading about a merger like this, you will learn a lot about how the combined value proposition of both companies will transform the industry. It’s no different this time around - the integration of Massive AXIS with Deltatre’s robust product and services portfolio will help position the business as the leading B2B vendor for live and OTT video.

But what is often overlooked is how the combined culture of two entities coming together can offer tremendous value. So far, what we’ve learned about Deltatre is how much our respective cultures share many of the same attributes.

We both care deeply about championing our employee’s growth, and driving diversity and inclusion at every opportunity.

We share a vision of putting progress over profit and closely weaving our customers feedback into how we run our business – from roadmap to delivery to engagement.

We recognise that a shared set of values provide the foundation upon which everything else is built.

This, in my opinion, is what sets us apart from everyone else and what makes our joined-up offering so attractive. Having spent a lot of time with the Deltatre team over the last 6 months, I feel safe in the knowledge that our current and future clients will not only benefit from an expanded global footprint (over 1,000 staff across 18 locations!) but a company that puts great stock in how it treats its own.

Importantly, Massive will continue to operate as an independent entity. Our clients, staff and partners can all continue to rely on the company they have come to know and trust over the last two decades - only now we have greater capability and resource to target, service and support the needs of our customers globally.

This is an exciting new chapter in Massive’s history. We can’t wait to get started.
